Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. All bookings must be secured with a credit card upon booking. The standard cancellation policies and charges of the Health Club and Spa apply to all bookings. Vouchers must be presented at time of payment. Failure to do so will result in an alternative form of payment being requested. All extras will be charged on departure. Vouchers are only valid for the amount or treatment stated on the vouchers.
