Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after expiry date. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. All bookings must be secured with a credit card upon booking. The standard cancellation policies and charges of the Health Club and Spa apply to all bookings. Vouchers must be presented at time of payment. Failure to do so will result in an alternative form of payment being requested. All extras will be charged on departure. Spa Package vouchers are only valid for the amount or treatment stated on the vouchers. The Spa reserves the right to alter the constituent parts of a spa package at its discretion. Dining options will be served in Laguna Kitchen and Bar and require you to be dressed.
