Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or another product. No extension can be given on the validity period of vouchers. Bookings must be made 24hrs in advance with the restaurant on 02920 111 103 and are subject to availability. All bookings must be secured with a credit card upon booking. The standard cancellation policies and charges of the Hotel and Restaurant apply to all bookings. Vouchers must be presented at time of payment. Failure to do so will result in an alternative form of payment being requested. All extras will be charged on departure.
